Playing Mantis is presently issuing a series of 50th Anniversary Corvettes. Only a few C3 models have been issued so far. The most recent in Release 2 is the 1968 T Top # 393 . A 1970 Stingray # 734 from the Corvette Collection was issued in 1999.It subsequently represented the 1971 ZR-2 and the 1972 Coupe. Models representative of the 1978-1979 casting # 466 are also included in the above Anniversary Series. A 1978 Pace Car # 466 was issued in the 1999 Indy Pace Car Series. This casting also represented the 1979 car in the 2000 Classic Gold Series.The 1982 model #169 was first issued in the Classic Customs Corvette Series in 1996.

This Hong Kong firm issued a pullback model of the earlier C# styled car. The date is not identified on the model . It is estimated to have been produced about 15 or more years ago.
KENNER A 1980 Coupe was issued in thee Fast lll's set as # 1027 in 1980. |

KIDCO This company was a division of Universal and issued a 1978 Coupe in 1979 which was followed by a 1981 T-Top model and from 1983, a plastic-bodied 'Burning Key Car' from the 'Demolition Car' series with a pop-off front clip and visible motor. |

This coupe model # 38 was made in England approximately 20 years ago.
It represented the early C3 window style. Later versions issued with opaque
windows carried model # 73.
MAISTO A 1978 coupe has been available for many years in their 'key car' series. |

MATCHBOX In 1983 a Pace Car model coupe model # 21-H was produced. It represented a 1974 car. In 1982 a 1975 T-Roof model# 40-F was also introduced. |

PLAYART This Hong Kong firm produced a 1968 Coupe # 7136 over 20 years ago. |

RACING CHAMPIONS Included in the Mint Edition Series as # 211 was a 1969 Coupe. It featured a hinged engine hood and was issued in 1998. |

ROAD CHAMPS At least 3 C3s were issued by this company more then 20 years ago. A 1973 Coupe # 1029 had hinged doors. A 1979 Coupe was also produced. The final model is identified as a 82 model and also had hinged doors. |

SOMA This firm issued an earlier style C# Coupe of 1973 vintage. It was available about 10 years . I cannot confirm that Soma manufactured this model. Their only identification was on the blister card containing the model. |

This Hong Kong firm reportedly also issued a C3 model. I have no further info . It is noted this firm is known to produce distorted replicas.
Presently available is an earlier styled C3 Coupe which is somewhat distorted. It sells in the 50 cent category and carries model # TC-0328. It was made in China.
TOMICA This Japanese firm produced a 1976 Coupe # F-21 in 1977. Opening doors are featured. |

UNIBORN This firm is reportedly another division of the Universal Group in the pre-Matchbox era. A 1978 model was issued, but no additional info is available. |

This company manufactured a mild custom 1971 Coupe # 3005. It was available about 10 years ago. Also available were models representing a custom coupe from 1969, #1002,models from 1974,1976 and a pull-back coupe from 1978.
